The Horizons Clinic Gambia will be a privately run state-of-the-art 70-beds facility. AMPC has been engaged as advisors to the Board of Horizons to play an active role in project development and implementation. This entails tasks such as functional planning, conceptual architectural design and equipment planning; contract negotiations with a construction contractor, equipment suppliers and a management services provider; and support in fulfilling the loan requirements of two major development banks.
