Between 2021 and 2022, AMPC partnered with New Crystal Health Services (NCHS) to enhance their HR, organizational, and operational frameworks following a major infrastructure expansion. During an intensive eight-month project, a dedicated team including an international Senior Manager with a medical background and a local Management Support consultant with expertise in healthcare management worked full-time on-site. The initiative resulted in improved performance monitoring practices, updated HR and operational policies, enhanced risk management, and a robust operational framework to ramp-up activities within the new clinics. Deliverables included comprehensive reports and strategic documents such as an Assessment Report, HR Audit Report, HR Strategy, Training & Development Plan, KPI and Balanced Scorecard, Ramp-Up Plan, Risk Assessment, Family and Patient-Centered Care (FPCC) Facility Assessment and a Final Report.
