- Polyclinique International Sainte Anne-Marie (PISAM)

The private hospital Polyclinique International Sainte Anne-Marie (PISAM) was founded in Abidjan in 1985 and has been very successful in offering quality services to the inhabitants of Cote d’Ivoire and the francophone African sub-region. In 2009, PISAM decided to invest in a major upgrade of its installations and services to adapt to changing health needs and to secure its position as a regional referral centre. Together with DRC, PISAM requested AMPC to write a business plan for the upgrading and expansion of the hospital in general, and the establishment of a cancer treatment centre in particular. AMPC executed a market study, advised on the financial and legal structures that would be most suitable for the project, and conducted extensive financial modelling to determine commercial viability of the project. From a technical perspective, the study included a detailed proposal for (the replacement of) medical equipment and a plan for a new building, including radiotherapy bunkers.
