- Feasibility Female Oncology project

The Ministry of Health (MoH) of the Republic of Rwanda, represented by the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC), initiated a project for improving the female oncology infrastructure, knowledge and awareness in Rwanda to prevent, control and treat breast and cervical cancer. After a pre-feasibility study was performed by Mango Consult, the aim of the current assignment is to prepare a feasibility study together with Mango Consult, supported by a grant under the Develop2Build (D2B) programme of the Dutch Government. The objective of this D2B study is to determine the feasibility of the proposed project with a view to create a tender dossier for implementation. On the basis of the feasibility study a decision can be taken on the scope and scale of the project. This will be the basis for contracting an infrastructural investment project which will help implement the plan to support the elimination of cervical cancer and reduce breast cancer mortality in Rwanda.
