After the successful development of the business case for the establishment of the new Lakeshore Cancer Center (LCC) in 2018 including conceptual project design by AMPC, the cooperation between LCC and AMPC continues in the further project development and implementation of the new Center. In this phase, AMPC’s assigned tasks are divided into three different segments: general project management, construction project management and equipment project management. General project management tasks include project development support and other general project management tasks. For the construction project management, AMPC supports LCC in the design supervision, the works procurement and supervision of the construction works. Lastly, for the equipment project management, AMPC provides the equipment planning, procurement and the supervision, installation and commissioning of the equipment.
