PGIL DMCC, registered in Dubai with Dubai Multi Commodity Centre (DMCC), a holding Company headquartered in Dubai, with the aim to invest through its various subsidiaries across Middle East and Africa region in the field of healthcare including diagnostic centres and other healthcare related services, renewable and sustainable water solutions. PGIL DMCC acquired an existing diagnostic centre in Accra, Ghana. The centre was renamed Medylife. PGIL wanted to expand the diagnostic services throughout the country. AMPC conducted feasibility studies and developed a business plan including equipment planning for the establishment of new Medylife branches on the Accra-Kumasi axis.
