Ethiopia's Ministry of Health (MOH) seeks to enhance healthcare in Addis Ababa through the development of an Integrated Diagnostic Center (IDC) Public Private Partnership (PPP), with technical assistance from Expertise France, the French international technical cooperation agency. In the transaction phase, a consultant consortium was engaged, in which AMPC served as technical (health) expert. Activities included recommendation of a PPP structuring option, drafting the PPP tender documents and PPP contract, identification of potential private sector providers, managing tendering activities, and facilitating contract development. After PPP Board approval, the Integrated Diagnostic Center (IDC) was greenlit as a pilot project.
